• Led interviews with 15 high school summer intern candidates, contributing to final selection decisions and ensuring alignment with team requirements.
• Gathered classification requirements from Parkland department directors and relayed them to external contractors to guide the redesign of the internal self-service portal.
• Built an Excel-based tool that automated the scoring of vendor proposals for a major call center system project, replacing manual grading and making the selection process faster, more consistent, and less error-prone.
• Participated in change and incident management meetings, contributing to real-time discussions and gaining practical insight into IT service workflows.
